Discover bodyweight, dumbbell, Barre, and resistance band exercises to achieve your strength objectives. Join our group strength-based class tailored for women aiming to tone muscles. This session will be for those looking for an accountability support team to do strength based training. This class runs every second Wednesday for 45 minutes.
